Here’s
a small (and growing) list of links that actually help...
The Language
Warehouse's Internet Resources Database is
an incredibly comprehensive database to almost 100 languages.
It includes topics on Area Studies, Commercial, Cultural, Miscellaneous,
Newspapers and Reference!
A
web of Online Grammars is an incredible site that contains
grammars and free language lessons, with audio, in over a hundred
languages. It even has some free online courses! While you're
at it, check out
A web of online Dictionaries too!
Bien-dire.
The journal from France for learners of French. Bien-dire
is a quarterly journal especially for adult learners of French.
The great thing about their journal is that selected articles
are accompanied by your choice of CD or cassette. Bien-dire is
worth visiting for anyone interested in France and French culture.
Language
Dictionaries and Translators is a site that’s alot cooler
than the name suggests. Sure, it has dictionaries, but it also
offers online language lessons with audio, virtual visits to other
countries, and online chat in your favorite languages. Check it
out!
Le
Guide De La France offers, among many other French resources,
online lessons with audio.
Learn2
Get By in French offers not only a neat little tutorial on
the French language, but also on how to choose and serve wine!
While you're there, you should be sure to check out the rest of
the Learn2.com site. It's
not just for language learners. It's a great place to go 2learn2
do just about anything!
"A Guide to Intermediate
French" at www.frenchlesson.com
pretty much says it all. They have conjugation tests, grammar
exercises and lots more.
